The 1995-96 Upper Deck SP set was issued in one series totaling 188 cards. The Great Connections inserts (GC1and GC2), were randomly inserted at the rate of 1:381 packs. There are two versions of card number 66. The first features Wayne Gretzky in an All-Star sweater. This was used as a promotional card and was issued with the dealer solicitation. The second is the regular number 66 found in packs and features Craig Johnson, a player acquired by the Kings in the Gretzky trade.
